The Last Stop in Yuma County

The Last Stop in Yuma County is a 2023 crime thriller film written and directed by Francis Galluppi in his feature directorial debut. The film premiered at the Fantastic Fest on September 23, 2023.

While stranded at a rural Arizona rest stop, a traveling salesman is thrust into a dire hostage situation by the arrival of two bank robbers with no qualms about using cruelty—or cold, hard steel—to protect their bloodstained fortune.

North of Normal

North of Normal is a 2024 coming-of-age drama film directed by Carly Stone. The film is based on the 2014 memoir of the same name by Cea Sunrise Person. The film premiered in the Contemporary World Cinema program at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival on September 11, 2022.

Raised in the wilderness, Cea Sunrise Person navigates a complicated relationship with her pot-smoking mother while seeking some semblance of normalcy.

The cast includes Sarah Gadon, James D’Arcy, Amanda Fix, River Price-Maenpaa, Benedict Samuel, and Robert Carlyle.

The Fall Guy

The Fall Guy is a 2024 action comedy-thriller film directed by David Leitch (Deadpool 2, Bullet Train) and written by Drew Pearce (Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation). It is an adaptation of the 1980s TV series of the same name created by Glen A. Larson, and is scheduled to have a world premiere at SXSW on March 12, 2024. The film stars Ryan Gosling (La La Land, Blade Runner 2049, Barbie) and Emily Blunt (A Quiet Place, Oppenheimer).

After leaving the business one year earlier, battle-scarred stuntman Colt Seavers (Ryan Gosling) springs back into action when the star of a big studio movie suddenly disappears. As the mystery surrounding the missing actor deepens, Colt soon finds himself ensnared in a sinister plot that pushes him to the edge of a fall more dangerous than any stunt.

Tarot is a 2024 supernatural horror film written and directed by Spenser Cohen and Anna Halberg (in their feature film directorial debut) and also co-written by Nicholas Adams, based on a 1992 novel of the same name by Nicholas Adams.

When a group of friends recklessly violates the sacred rule of Tarot readings they unknowingly unleash an unspeakable evil trapped within the cursed cards. One by one, they come face to face with fate and end up in a race against death.

The cast includes Harriet Slater, Adain Bradley, Avantika, and Jacob Batalon.

The Idea of You

The Idea of You is a 2024 romantic comedy film directed by Michael Showalter, the man who brought us The Big Sick (2017), The Lovebirds (2020), and more recently Spoiler Alert (2022). It is based on the acclaimed romance novel of the same name by Robinne Lee. The film is scheduled to premiere at South by Southwest on March 16, 2024, as the closing night film.

Solène (Anne Hathaway) is a 40-year-old divorced mother who, at her ex-husband’s request, takes their 16-year-old daughter to Coachella and things take a surprising turn when she strikes up a budding romance with 24-year-old Hayes Campbell (Nicholas Galitzine), the lead singer of the famous pop boyband August Moon.

The cast includes Anne Hathaway, Nicholas Galitzine (Bottoms), Ella Rubin, Annie Mumolo, Reid Scott, Perry Mattfield, Jordan Aaron Hall, and Mathilda Gianopoulos.

Unfrosted (The Pop-Tart Story) is a 2024 comedy film directed by Jerry Seinfeld in his directorial debut, from a screenplay he co-wrote with his writing team of Spike Feresten, Barry Marder, and Andy Robin. Seinfeld and Feresten also serve as producers of the film alongside Beau Beauman, through their production company Columbus 81 Productions. Christophe Beck will compose the film's score.

Michigan, 1963. Kellogg's and Post, sworn cereal rivals, race to create a pastry that will change the face of breakfast. A tale of ambition, betrayal, sugar, and menacing milkmen.

Nowhere Special is a internationally co-produced 2020 drama film written, directed, and produced by Uberto Pasolini. The film, which is set in Northern Ireland, had its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival on September 10th, 2020.

A 35-year-old window cleaner who has dedicated his life to raising his young son on his own searches for the perfect replacement family when he learns he only has months left to live.

Turtles All the Way Down

Turtles All the Way Down is a 2024 romantic drama film based on the 2017 novel of the same name by John Green. The film is directed by Hannah Marks from a screenplay by Elizabeth Berger and Isaac Aptaker, and stars Isabela Merced. The story centers on a 16-year-old with obsessive–compulsive disorder who pursues the disappearance of a billionaire.

It's not easy being Aza, but she's trying... trying to be a good daughter, a good friend, and a good student, all while navigating an endless barrage of invasive, obsessive thoughts that she cannot control. When she reconnects with Davis, her childhood crush, Aza is confronted with fundamental questions about her potential for love, happiness, friendship, and hope.

Challengers

Challengers is a 2024 romantic sports comedy drama film directed by Luca Guadagnino (Call Me by Your Name, Bones and All), and written by Justin Kuritzkes. The film was originally expected to premiere at the 80th Venice Film Festival, but was pulled from the festival by Amazon MGM Studios due to the ongoing 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike.

Tashi, a tennis player turned coach, has transformed her husband from a mediocre player into a world-famous grand slam champion. To jolt him out of his recent losing streak, she makes him play a challenger event -- close to the lowest level of tournament on the pro tour. Tensions soon run high when he finds himself standing across the net from the once-promising, now burnt-out Patrick, his former best friend and Tashi's former boyfriend.

The cast includes Zendaya, Josh O’Connor, and Mike Faist (West Side Story).

Boy Kills World is a 2024 action thriller film directed by Moritz Mohr in his feature directorial debut, from a screenplay by Tyler Burton Smith and Arend Remmers, and a story by Remmers and Mohr. Produced by Sam Raimi and Roy Lee. Filming took place in South Africa. The film premiered at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival.

When his family is killed, a deaf-mute named Boy (Bill Skarsgård) escapes to the jungle, where he is trained by a mysterious mentor (Yayan Ruhian) to enact vengeance on the murderers.

The cast includes Bill Skarsgård, Jessica Rothe, Michelle Dockery, Brett Gelman, Isaiah Mustafa, Yayan Ruhian, Andrew Koji, Sharlto Copley, H. Jon Benjamin, and Famke Janssen.

Knuckles is a 2024 live-action comedy adventure series created by John Whittington and Toby Ascher. The series follows Knuckles (Idris Elba) on a hilarious and action-packed journey of self-discovery as he agrees to train Wade (Adam Pally) as his protégé and teach him the ways of the Echidna warrior. The series takes place between the films Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Sonic the Hedgehog 3.

A small town is forever changed when a mysterious machine appears, promising to reveal everyone's true potential; soon, residents start changing jobs, rethinking relationships and questioning long-held beliefs.

Abigail is a 2024 horror film from Radio Silence—the directing team of Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett behind the terrifying modern horror hits Ready or Not, 2022’s Scream and last year’s Scream VI, from a screenplay written by Stephen Shields (The Hole in the Ground) and Guy Busick (Scream franchise, Ready or Not). The film is said to be based on and a reimagining of the 1936 Universal Classic Monsters movie Dracula's Daughter,

After a group of would-be criminals kidnap the 12-year-old ballerina daughter of a powerful underworld figure, all they have to do to collect a $50 million ransom is watch the girl overnight. In an isolated mansion, the captors start to dwindle, one by one, and they discover, to their mounting horror, that they’re locked inside with no normal little girl.

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare is a 2024 action comedy spy film directed and co-written by Guy Ritchie, based on the 2014 book Churchill's Secret Warriors: The Explosive True Story of the Special Forces Desperadoes of WWII by Damien Lewis. The film is based on true events and is said to depict recently declassified files of the British War Department, with some much-needed Guy Ritchie Hollywood flair of course.

The story of the first-ever special forces organization formed during WWII by UK Prime Minister Winston Churchill and a small group of military officials including author Ian Fleming. The top-secret combat unit, composed of a motley crew of rogues and mavericks, goes on a daring mission against the Nazis using entirely unconventional and utterly “ungentlemanly” fighting techniques. Ultimately their audacious approach changed the course of the war and laid the foundation for the British SAS and modern Black Ops warfare.

Ari Aster served as an executive producer under his Square Peg banner. The film had its world premiere at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival on January 19, 2024.

In the misty forests of North America, a family of Sasquatches—possibly the last of their enigmatic kind— embark on an absurdist, epic, hilarious, and ultimately poignant journey over the course of one year. These shaggy and noble giants fight for survival as they find themselves on a collision course with the ever-changing world around them.

Fallout is a 2024 post-apocalyptic drama television series developed by Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, the creators of HBO’s Westworld, through their Kilter Films production company, for Amazon Prime Video. It is based on the role-playing video game franchise created by Interplay Entertainment and now owned by Bethesda Softworks.

Based on one of the greatest video game series of all time, Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. 200 years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind — and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird and highly violent universe waiting for them.
