Directed and written by Dax Shepard, who also stars in the film, CHiPs is the film version of the extremely popular 1977 T.V. series, starring Erik Estrada and Larry Wilcox. The show ran from 1977 to 1983 (the year before I was born interestingly enough), yet I have vivid memories of watching the show and I really enjoyed it! The film version looks hilarious and I think that the combination of Dax Shepard and Michael Peña is a perfect combo. For starters, look at the photo above, Peña is a spitting image of Estrada!
