Yellowstone: Season 5

November 6, 2022

Yellowstone is a crime drama series created by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson, running for 4 seasons so far and originally premiering in 2018 on Paramount Network. Sheridan, a self-proclaimed crime drama enthusiast who also plays a role in the series, is known for Hell or High Water, Sicario, Those Who Wish Me Dead, Wind River, and most recently the drama series Mayor of Kingstown and 1883, a prequel to Yellowstone. Bottom line, anything he touches is worth watching.

Yellowstone tells the story of the controversial and strong-willed Dutton family in picturesque Montana as they face off against others brave enough to encroach on their land, known as the Dutton Yellowstone Ranch. The primary cast consists of Kevin Costner, Luke Grimes, Wes Bentley, Kelly Reilly, Cole Hauser, Forrie J. Smith, Gil Birmingham, Kelsey Asbille, Brecken Merrill, Jefferson White, and Taylor Sheridan, with several others playing pivotal supporting roles.

Is the show really that good? Well just to give you an idea, Andrew was already a big fan and got me hooked on the show which I BINGED so hard to the point where I was browsing cowboy hats on Amazon, and even started drinking bourbon neat just like John Dutton. Needless to say, my wife think’s I’m ridiculous.

So, when can we expect the latest season of this incredible show you ask?!

Yellowstone Season 5 will premiere Sunday, November 13th, exclusively on Paramount Network. Stay tuned for more news and updates as they become available. If you have already seen every season and just need a recap of Season 4, check out the full 15 minute recap below.

All 4 seasons of Yellowstone are currently streaming on Peacock Premium. Watch the official trailer for Season 5 below.
