Micheál Richardson, formally Neeson, changed his last name to his mother’s maiden name to honor her memory. Actress Natasha Richardson, the wife of Liam Neeson, died after a ski accident in 2009 in Canada. Micheál said in an interview that making this film with his father was extremely therapeutic for him.
