Written and directed by the talented David Lowery, the man behind Ain’t Them Bodies Saints (an under-the-radar gem I HIGHLY recommend), A Ghost Story, and The Old Man & the Gun, The Green Knight is a 2021 epic fantasy adventure based on the timeless Arthurian legend. It tells the story of Sir Gawain, King Arthur's reckless and headstrong nephew, who embarks on a daring quest to confront the eponymous Green Knight, a gigantic emerald-skinned stranger and tester of men.
