WAKE UP is a 2023 action horror film from multi-award winning French Canadian directing trio RKSS, individually known as Anouk Whissell, Yoann-Karl Whissell, and François Simard, from a screenplay by Alberto Marini and Martin Soudan. The film was an official selection at the 2023 Fantastic Fest film festival.
In an attempt to draw attention to the environmental crisis, young activists decide to invade and vandalize a furniture store. The protest quickly turns into a massacre when they find themselves trapped with a hunting-obsessed night guard.
The cast includes Turlough Convery, Benny O. Arthur, Jacqueline Moré, Tom Gould, Alessia Yoko Fontana, Kyle Scudder, Charlotte Stoiber, Aidan O’Hare, Gary Anthony Stennette, and Daniel Lundh.
