You Won't Be Alone is a 2022 internationally co-produced horror film, written and directed by Goran Stolevski, in his directorial debut.
In 19th-century Macedonia, a young girl is kidnapped and then transformed into a witch by an ancient spirit. Curious about life as a human, the witch accidentally kills a peasant in the nearby village and then takes her victim's shape to live life in her skin.
The cast includes Noomi Rapace, Anamaria Marinca, Alice Englert, Carloto Cotta, Félix Maritaud, and Sara Klimoska.
You Won't Be Alone is set to premiere at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival in January 2022 in the World Cinema Dramatic Competition section, with a theater debut scheduled for April 1st. Watch the official trailer below.
