I grew up watching Power Rangers and the idea of morphing anywhere at any time dominated my imagination much of my childhood. I also had a HUGE crush on the Pink Ranger and always pictured myself as the White Ranger. Needless to say, I am pretty psyched for this movie! Directed and written by Dax Shepard, who also stars in the film, CHiPs is the film version of the extremely popular 1977 T.V. series, starring Erik Estrada and Larry Wilcox. The show ran from 1977 to 1983 (the year before I was born interestingly enough), yet I have vivid memories of watching the show and I really enjoyed it! The film version looks hilarious and I think that the combination of Dax Shepard and Michael Peña is a perfect combo. For starters, look at the photo above, Peña is a spitting image of Estrada! Whether or not the fact that I work in a similar setting influences me, this movie looks pretty damn entertaining! The cast includes John Gallagher Jr., Tony Goldwyn, Adria Arjona, and John C.
