28 Years Later: The Bone Temple

28 YEARS LATER: THE BONE TEMPLE is a 2026 post-apocalyptic horror thriller film directed by Nia DaCosta and written by Alex Garland. It was shot back-to-back with its predecessor 28 YEARS LATER (our full review here), and will serve as the fourth installment overall in the 28 Days Later film series.

A messenger on a bicycle awakens from a coma to discover that the world has been invaded by zombies following the outbreak of a virus.

The cast Ralph Fiennes, Jack O'Connell, Alfie Williams, Erin Kellyman, Chi Lewis-Parry, Emma Laird, Chi Lewis-Parry, Robert Rhodes, and Maura Bird.

A House of Dynamite

A HOUSE OF DYNAMITE is a 2025 political thriller film directed by Kathryn Bigelow and written by Noah Oppenheim. it follows the U.S. government official response to a single nuclear missile launched by an unidentified enemy. The film had its world premiere in the main competition of the 82nd Venice International Film Festival on September 2, 2025, where it was nominated for the Golden Lion.

At the White House, U.S. government officials scramble to deal with an incoming nuclear missile launched by a foreign power at the city of Chicago.

The cast includes Idris Elba, Rebecca Ferguson, Gabriel Basso, Jared Harris, Tracy Letts, Anthony Ramos, Moses Ingram, Jonah Hauer-King, Greta Lee, and Jason Clarke.

A HOUSE OF DYNAMITE will have a limited theatrical release on October 10th, before streaming on Netflix on October 24th. Watch the official trailer below.

The Conjuring: Last Rites

THE CONJURING: LAST RITES is a 2025 supernatural horror thriller film directed by franchise veteran Michael Chaves, from a screenplay by Ian Goldberg and Richard Naing, from a story by horror legend James Wan and David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick. The franchise is based on characters created by Chad Hayes & Carey W. Hayes. Wan also serves as a producer alongside Peter Safran.

Paranormal investigators Ed (Patrick Wilson) and Lorraine Warren (Vera Farmiga) take on one last terrifying case involving mysterious entities they must confront.

The cast includes Vera Farmiga, Patrick Wilson, Mia Tomlinson, Ben Hardy, Steve Coulter, Rebecca Calder, Elliot Cowan, Kíla Lord Cassidy, Beau Gadsdon, John Brotherton, and Shannon Kook.

Task

TASK is a 2025 crime thriller drama miniseries created and written by Brad Ingelsby, the Emmy-nominated creator of Mare of Easttown.

A Philadelphia-based FBI agent (Mark Ruffalo) is put in charge of a task force to end a string of violent robberies undertaken by an unassuming family man (Tom Pelphrey).

The cast includes Mark Ruffalo, Tom Pelphrey, Emilia Jones, Thuso Mbedu, Raúl Castillo, Jamie McShane, Sam Keeley, Fabien Frankel, and Amanda Mahlaba

Splitsville

SPLITSVILLE is a 2025 comedy film directed by Michael Angelo Covino, from a screenplay he co-wrote with Kyle Marvin.

After Ashley (Adria Arjona) asks for a divorce, good-natured Carey (Kyle Marvin) runs to his friends, Julie (Dakota Johnson) and Paul (Michael Angelo Covino), for support. He's shocked to discover that the secret to their happiness is an open marriage, that is until Carey crosses the line and throws all of their relationships into chaos.

TWINLESS is a 2025 coming-of-age drama film written and directed by James Sweeney.

Two young men meet in a twin support group and form an unlikely friendship. Roman (Dylan O'Brien) and Dennis (James Sweeney) both search for solace and an identity without their other halves and soon become inseparable outside the group. But when Roman meets Dennis’ ebullient co-worker, Marcie (Aisling Franciosi), all is revealed to be not what it seems, as each man harbors secrets that could unravel everything.

HIGHEST 2 LOWEST is a 2025 crime drama thriller film directed by Spike Lee, from a screenplay by Alan Fox. The film is inspired by the 1963 film High and Low, co-written by Eijirô Hisaita and Evan Hunter. The film is set to debut at the Cannes Film Festival in May, 2025.

When a titan music mogul is targeted with a ransom plot, he is jammed up in a life-or-death moral dilemma. A reinterpretation of Akira Kurosawa's crime thriller High and Low, now played out on the mean streets of modern day New York City.

The cast includes Denzel Washington, Ilfenesh Hadera, Jeffrey Wright, Ice Spice, and ASAP Rocky.

Twisted Metal | Season 2

TWISTED METAL is a live-action comedy series based on the classic PlayStation game franchise, based on an original take by Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick and written by Michael Jonathan Smith.

Following the revelations in the season one finale, John and Quiet find themselves entering the deadly TWISTED METAL tournament, a sinister demolition derby hosted by a mysterious man known as Calypso. As they try to survive an onslaught of dangerous new foes and familiar faces alike, including the murderous clown Sweet Tooth, things get complicated for John when he reunites with his long-lost sister, the vigilante Dollface.

The cast includes Anthony Mackie, Tahj Vaughans, Stephanie Beatriz, Chelle Ramos, Michael Carollo, and Jared Bankins.

Peacemaker: Season 2

PEACEMAKER is an action comedy television series created by James Gunn for the streaming service HBO Max, based on the DC Comics character Peacemaker. The series first premiered in 2022. It is the first DC Extended Universe (DCEU) television series, a spin-off from the 2021 film The Suicide Squad. Set after the film, the series explores the origins of Peacemaker who believes in achieving peace at any cost.
