My Spy The Eternal City

My Spy The Eternal City is a 2024 spy action comedy film directed by Peter Segal (Get Smart, The Longest Yard, 50 First Dates), who also directed the first film back in 2020, from a screenplay he co-wrote with Jon and Erich Hoeber.

When Sophie’s (Chloe Coleman) high school choir is selected for an Italian tour culminating in a performance for the Pope in Vatican City, JJ (Dave Bautista) sees this as an opportunity to bond with his new stepdaughter, so he volunteers to help chaperone the group through the Venetian canals, across Florence’s renowned bridges and into Rome’s most historic sites. Instead he finds that he and Sophie have become unwitting pawns in a terrorist plot that could end the world as we know it.

The cast includes Dave Bautista, Chloe Coleman, Kristen Schaal, Flula Borg, Craig Robinson, Anna Faris, and Ken Jeong.

Those About to Die

Those About to Die is a 2024 epic drama series set in ancient Rome developed by Robert Rodat, and directed by Roland Emmerich (Independence Day, The Day After Tomorrow) and Marco Kreuzpaintner.

A new series set in the corrupt world of the spectacle-driven gladiatorial competition, exploring a side of ancient Rome never before told — the dirty business of entertaining the masses, giving the mob what they want most…blood and sport. The series introduces an ensemble of characters from all corners of the Roman Empire who collide at the explosive intersection of sports, politics, and dynasties.

The cast includes Anthony Hopkins, Dimitri Leonidas, Jojo Macari, Gabriella Pession, Iwan Rheon, Sara Martins, Moe Hashim, and Tom Hughes.

Justified: City Primeval

Justified: City Primeval is a 2023 crime drama series developed by showrunners Dave Andron and Michael Dinner. The series continues the story from the hit FX series Justified, with the continuation of the story inspired by the Elmore Leonard novel City Primeval: High Noon in Detroit. The primary change from the novel is Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant), the star of the original Justified series, is made to be the lead character in the story.

Raylan Givens left the hollers of Kentucky and is balancing life as a U.S. Marshal with being a part-time father. A chance encounter sends him to Detroit and on a collision course with a violent sociopath and a formidable defense attorney.

The cast includes Timothy Olyphant, Aunjanue Ellis, Boyd Holbrook, Vivian Olyphant, Adelaide Clemens, Marin Ireland, Victor Williams, and Vondie Curtis-Hall.

I Know What You Did Last Summer

I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER is a 2025 horror slasher film directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson, who co-wrote the screenplay with Sam Lansky after an initial draft with Leah McKendrick. It is the fourth film in the I Know What You Did Last Summer franchise, serving as a direct sequel to I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998).

A group of friends are terrorized by a stalker who knows about a gruesome incident from their past.

The cast includes Madelyn Cline, Chase Sui Wonders, Jonah Hauer-King, Tyriq Withers, Sarah Pidgeon, Billy Campbell, Gabbriette Bechtel, Austin Nichols, Lola Tung, Nicholas Alexander Chavez, Freddie Prinze Jr., and Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Eddington

EDDINGTON is a 2025 contemporary Western black comedy film written and directed by Ari Aster. The film will have its world premiere at the main competition of the 2025 Cannes Film Festival.

In May of 2020, a standoff between a small-town sheriff (Joaquin Phoenix) and mayor (Pedro Pascal) sparks a powder keg as neighbor is pitted against neighbor in Eddington, New Mexico.

The cast includes Joaquin Phoenix, Pedro Pascal, Luke Grimes, Deirdre O'Connell, Micheal Ward, Amélie Hoeferle, Clifton Collins Jr., William Belleau, with Austin Butler, and Emma Stone.
