NOCTURNE is a 2026 crime drama thriller series reated by Rowan Joffé and developed by John Hlavin who is also showrunner. The series is based on "Joona Linna" novels Lazarus and The Sandman, by husband and wife team Alexander Ahndoril and Alexandra Coelho Ahndoril, who use the pen name Lars Kepler.
When a victim of notorious serial killer Jurek Walter unexpectedly turns up alive, detective Jonah Lynn races against time to find the one person still missing, while his protégée Saga Bauer goes undercover to get answers from the killer himself.
The cast includes Liev Schreiber, Zazie Beetz, Stephen Graham, Rory Culkin, Poorna Jagannathan, Bill Camp, Chrissy Metz, Gary Carr, and Landon Valentin.
