WUTHERING HEIGHTS is a 2026 period romance drama film written and directed by Emerald Fennell, based on the only novel from English Emily Brontë, initially published in 1847 under her pen name "Ellis Bell". The film, which is produced by Josey McNamara and Margot Robbie, and executive produced by Tom Ackerley and Sara Desmond, also includes original songs by Charli XCX.
A passionate and tumultuous love story set against the backdrop of the Yorkshire moors, exploring the intense and destructive relationship between Heathcliff (Jacob Elordi) and Catherine Earnshaw (Margot Robbie).
The cast includes Margot Robbie, Jacob Elordi, Hong Chau, Shazad Latif, Alison Oliver, Martin Clunes, and Ewan Mitchell.
