Co-written and directed by Sean Baker, The Florida Project is a unique coming-of-age drama centered on the summertime adventures of 3 youngsters who refuse to be brought down by the struggles of the adults around them. Critics have been absolutely raving about the film and I will trust pretty much anything A24 is willing to attach themselves to, so i'm pretty excited to check this one out. The cast includes Willem Dafoe, Brooklynn Prince, Valeria Cotto, and Bria Vinaite. Written and directed by Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead, Hott Fuzz, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World), Baby Driver looks to be one heck of a fun getaway driver flick with a complicated love story. Early critic feedback has been extremely positive and Wright tends to deliver the goods. Oh, and the trailers look AMAZING! I'm excited to see it! The stellar cast includes Ansel Elgort, Kevin Spacey, Jamie Foxx, and Jon Bernthal. Check out the official trailers below!!

• Edgar Wright had been sitting on this idea for a film for many years. His first use of it was a music video he directed for British electronic duo Mint Royale and their track "Blue Song". The video stars Noel Fielding as a music-loving getaway driver for a group of bank robbers, one of whom is Wright's regular Nick Frost.
• First Edgar Wright film to be shot in the United States.
• When Edgar Wright wanted Ansel to be more stern in a shot he used the code words: "Man Driver!" He taught him the "Kubrick look" by showing Ansel a picture on his phone of Malcolm McDowell in character in A Clockwork Orange (1971).

From acclaimed director Christopher Nolan (The Dark Knight, Inception), Dunkirk chronicles the miraculous evacuation of Allied soldiers from Belgium, Britain and France, between May 27th - June 4th, 1940, during Battle of France in World War II. As a huge fan of Nolan's work I was already extremely excited for this film, but after watching the newly released full-trailer I am pretty much ecstatic! Dunkirk stars Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy, Mark Rylance, and Kenneth Branagh. Check out the teaser trailer as well as the full trailer below.

• First Christopher Nolan movie to be based on historical events. All of his other movies have either been original scripts, remakes, novel/short story adaptations, or comic book adaptations.
• By the tradition, Christopher Nolan decided to use the real naval destroyers instead of CGI for sea battle sequences in this film.
• Christopher Nolan received a $20 million salary against 20% of the box office gross, the biggest deal for any director since Peter Jackson received the same amount with King Kong (2005).

From director Michael Showalter (Hello, My Name is Doris), The Big Sick is a romantic comedy based on a true story. The buzz for this film has been incredible and I couldn't wait for the trailer to release, it did NOT disappoint! This is a stellar cast and will surely be the next great romantic comedy. If it is half as good as 50/50, I will be more than satisfied! The cast includes Kumail Nanjiani, Zoe Kazan, Holly Hunter, and Ray Romano. Check out the newly released official trailer below!!

• The movie is based on how lead actor Kumail Nanjiani and co-writer Emily V. Gordon met and fell in love.
• The film premiered at The Sundance Film Festival where it sold to Amazon Studios for $12 million dollars, one of the largest deals in Sundance History. Nanjiani insisted the buyer give the film a theatrical treatment which effectively eliminated Netflix from the bidding war.

Written and directed by James Gunn, who is also responsible for the hit first film, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 brings high expectations but looks to include more of what we loved from the first film. I was blindsided by how much I enjoyed Guardians of the Galaxy and I simply cannot wait for this to come out!! The cast includes Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Bradley Cooper, and Dave Bautista. Actor Ryan Reynolds feels strongly that this film will be a serious Oscar contender which is a bold statement. After watching the trailer for myself I am inclined to agree with him, it literally gave me chills. Also, I'm glad this is rated R! I can't wait!! Check out the official trailers for yourself below.

He already has a few writing credits on his resume, but according to the research I have done on Peele he seems to have a vested interest in the horror genre so it is exciting to see him jump in head first. The film stars Daniel Kaluuya (Kick Ass 2, Sicario), Allison Williams (Girls), Betty Gabriel, and Caleb Landry Jones.
